Efficient management through customised web module

The CAPIP.EU network is managed through a unique web module designed to facilitate communication between clients, CAPIP.EU attorneys and customs authorities.

As a CAPIP.EU client, you can review pending and closed matters including status reports and key documents. Clients do not have access to each other’s files, which ensures confidentiality of the service.

Customs authorities use the web module to review information submitted by clients and determine whether consignments should be suspected of containing infringing goods. Only the CAPIP.EU attorneys are able to review all files, allowing them to use their combined expertise to decide on appropriate action and analyze patterns of traffic

CAPIP.EU clients, attorneys and customs each have a personal user name and password which determines their level of access to the webmodule; confidentiality is therefore guaranteed.
